Since the store opened in 2017, I come in early in the morning and make sure the coffee and donuts are fresh, greet every customer, then prepare for the lunch rush.
I can’t complain, I get to help put a smile on someone’s face every day.
I’m IN for helping people in my community.
I love taking care of customers and being able to give back to my community. People come into the store and tell me,
They come inside just to see me.
Hearing that never gets old.
I tell other people my age that working here is one of the best decisions I made because Dash In supports you and supports a lot of great causes. One of my favorite moments here was when I volunteered at an event where we helped feed the hungry and sent food to local people in need. Seeing the smile on their faces almost put me to tears.
I’ve always believed this. If you treat others the way they want to be treated, you’re going to have satisfaction and gratification in whatever you do. That’s what makes Dash In’s culture a natural fit for me.
