Here’s how our team gets involved and gives back:
No Kid Hungry Campaign
Our core mission at Dash In is to help eliminate childhood hunger. Across our stores, we’ve partnered with No Kid Hungry to raise awareness that 1 in 6 U.S. children struggles with hunger. Together with the generous financial donations of our customers, partners and employees, we’ve provided millions of meals to kids during school and in the summer.
Volunteer Day Off
We want every team member to have an opportunity to make their own positive change in the world. That’s why we offer full-time employees the flexibility of 16 hours of paid time off a year to volunteer in their local community. Choose a program that’s close to your heart or partner up with fellow team members, how you give back is up to you.
Company-wide Sponsored Giving Days
Throughout the year we host volunteer events with an open invitation for all Dash In employees, corporate executives and franchisees to get involved. Past events include working with the Southern Maryland Food Bank on sorting and packing over 20,000 pounds of food and Farming For Hunger where we planted and harvested fresh local produce to help provide future meals for families in need.
