IMPORTANT: Please read these Official Rules before entering the Dash In sweepstakes.
(the “Sweepstakes”), presented by Dash In, (“Sponsor”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Sweepstakes-related materials.
Dash In is the sole sponsor of this Sweepstakes, which is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A CUSTOMER OF DASH IN TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram or Facebook profile. All federal, state and local regulations apply. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9 AM EST on 8/31/2022 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 11/1/2022.
To Enter: Go to Facebook and/or Dashin.com and enter your first name, last name, email address, and zip code and submit the form. Only one (1) Entry is permitted per person.
Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received before the end of the sweepstakes period will be included in the prize.
PRIVACY POLICY: All information submitted in connection with entry to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://dashin.com/privacypolicy/). By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this privacy policy.
PRIZE: There will be one winner. The winner will receive a $1,000 Visa® gift card for a total of one thousand dollars.
WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around November 15, 2022, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline; a total of one (1) winner will be selected overall. Please allow 10 business days for Dash In to confirm the winner. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries have been received. Winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message by Sponsor that he/she is a potential winner and Sponsor will provide contact information where he/she can make a prize claim. Winners must respond to such notifications within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the direct message was sent. Send a reply direct message to @dashinstores. Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Winners must provide Sponsor will full contact details to be awarded the prize. Noncompliance with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners (in random drawing from other eligible entries received before the deadline) in such circumstance. If winner notification of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these rules; declines to accept the prize or does not comply with instructions, the prize may be forfeited in Dash In’s sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Dash In in its sole discretion. Dash In shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds timely to our direct Instagram message. By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Dash In’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon providing the Apple product to the winner by direct Instagram message, Dash In will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
DISCLAIMERS: By competing in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, entrants agree that Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prizes, or participation in this Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, each Winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Maryland, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and by entering the entrant’s consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Prince George’s County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
