Dash In Seasonal Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) encourages followers and customers to submit their first and last name, email address, and zip code on Dash In.com or on Facebook for a chance to win a $500 Gift card AND FREE WINGS FOR ONE YEAR. FREE WINGS FOR ONE YEAR is defined as one five-piece serving of wings per week, for one year or, a total of 52 Redemptions Total.
ELIGIBILITY:
Persons entering the Sweepstakes (“Entrant”) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to any United States citizen that is a resident of the United States (and its territories) who, as of April 3rd, 2024, is at least eighteen (18) years of age and lives within the states of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and District of Columbia; and has not won a prize from Dash In within the last twelve (12) calendar months. All other Entrants will be disqualified. Employees of Sponsor and its divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates, their immediate families and/or household members are not eligible to participate.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Entering the Sweepstakes by submitting an Entry (as defined below) constitutes Entrant’s agreement to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Eligibility to win the Sweepstakes is contingent upon the fulfillment of all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to entry and the winner’s selection process (as defined in these Official Rules). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The entry period begins at approximately 12:00 p.m. EST on April 3rd, 2024, and ends at approximately 11:59 p.m. EST on July 2nd, 2024 (“Entry Period”).

Enter the contest through any one of these channels: dashin.com, scan a QR code or find us on Facebook. Then, enter your first and last name, email address, and zip code, and submit the form.
Only one (1) Entry is permitted per person.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The Sweepstakes will have one (1) Winner. One (1) Sweepstakes winner (“Winner”) will be chosen at random by Sponsor on or around August 2nd, 2024. The selection of a Winner will be chosen at random by the Sponsor from all eligible Entries received (“Drawing”). Winner chosen by Sponsor is final pending confirmation of eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules and acceptance of the Prize by the selected Winner. Winner will be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of the Drawing via email. All Entries have the same chances of winning based on the total number of website and mail-in Entries received.
PRIZE(S):
The winner will be awarded a $500 Gift Card AND FREE Wings for 1 year, this is defined as 1 five-piece serving of wings per week, for one year, for a total of 52 Redemptions. Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner will be notified via private message, email, or phone by Sponsor, along with instructions on how the Winner may claim the Prize. If Sponsor does not receive a response from Winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate Winner or cancel the Prize. All fees, federal, state and local taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to Winner or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize Prize as described herein. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate Winner.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, officers, directors, employees, and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the costs of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS OR ACTIONS BASED ON COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to receiving marketing communications from Dash In and its associated brands (Splash In). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
GOVERNING LAW:
The Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware , and the District of Columbia, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware, and the District of Columbia. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia, the state courts of Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware and federal court located within such state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of the Sweepstakes.
